An educational approach that encourages students' professional and personal growth

IGS has chosen an educational approach that helps students gradually become more independent, responsible, and committed to their professional life.

It involves real team work that calls on everyone to work towards our targeted objectives:

• Provide the tools and methods needed for students to become
recognized HR professionals
• Develop and promote their analytical and thinking skills and encourage a love of learning throughout their lives
• Support their willingness to be a key player in economic change and progress while maintaining a human aspect
• Adopt a professional attitude once they enter the school and reinforce it throughout
their business internships and projects.
• Enable each student to achieve their potential and build their confidence in themselves and
their leadership.

To reach these objectives, IGS structures its instructional approach around:

• Personal development workshops
• Communication excercises
• Group work
• Group projects
• Public presentations
• Daily meetings between students and professionals
• Interactive and empowering courses
• Simulations
• Conferences, workshops, debates

Close follow-up that encourages interpersonal communication and dialogue centered
around problem-solving enables each student to create their own personal and professional plan. Geared towards a curriculum tailored to their previous education,
students receive a practical education provided by professionals.

The educational method used enhances the compatibility between knowledge acquired
in the field during business experiences and theoretical knowledge taught in the classroom.

"IGS for me is the best way to acquire the knowledge needed to implement my professional plan After working for three years in sales, I was looking for a school that really understood the reality of business. I wanted to match my professional experience with my human resource studies. I decided right away to pursue the Masters 2 in Human Resources Management & Development (RMDRH) at IGS for both its program and its instructors from the business world. I was not disappointed because the professors showed us how to apply the theories that were taught in the classroom. During class I really enjoyed each debate held on HR tools because it pushed me to reflect on our role as future HR professionals They were able to spark a sense of entrepreneurship in us."
Karim Issoufaly Zainuddin, RMDRH 2011
